Weather: Today is one of the coldest day's this year. Snow has covered the ground completely, and is still falling down endlessly. Equines all around take for cover in the mountains and trees. The bark is stripped off of redwoods and devoured quickly.

Plot Summary: The fairytale starts off... Once upon a merry time, a merry time when little equine life knew about these lands the terrain was rich with other life, and no equine dared to step foot here until two equines; their names now long forgotten, only to be remembered by the haunting screams that echo about the terrain at night. The two equines - one ashen, one sorrel - decided to begin their lives here... and they did. They would wander aimlessly along the barren land until finally, they got enough outsiders to join their empire - the empire stretching for miles - until one horrible night, everyone was wiped out. Some say that the empire became over ruled by another, others just shrug and avoid the subject, the remains of the empire were left untouched for many years until yet again, a small band of equines decided to wander here again and see what it was like... finding no interest or no harm, they stayed here and began to start their lives anew... but still be wary, for another uprising might just happen again.

Claiming Lands Here, nestled in a valley of tall redwood trees lies the claiming lands. here, horses of all alliances come to be swept off their darling hooves. There is a small stream, but beware, for sometimes, the water contains a certain mineral that will act as a diease to the horses infected... but other than that, it is a rather nice place to be.

The City of Troy Ironic? Yes... but this plot of land wasn't the great city that used to be part of the roman empire, instead this place is a place of peace; and is also a place to meet other horses. Tall weeping willow trees hang lifelessly around a small pond while the sun trickles over the golden leaves of the willow trees. Rarely is there ever an overcast or rainey day here, except when there is a large storm brewing over the land. This terrain was where the great empire once was. There are remains of the wall's and the castle that has stood here for over thousands of years, if you're lucky you might be able to enter the remains of it and see the inside of the empire's famous remains.
But hey guys, lets not roleplay this out, i mean, you can message one of the admins about it, but mostlikely the answer will be no... we're trying to keep this a very well kept site... so please be mature about this.

Foaling Beach Same thing as the breeding cove, lets not roleplay this one out either guys. Please just post the sire and the dam's stats with any deformaties that either parent might have and one of the staff members will post the foals stats.

The Summit This is the highest point of Deraji. It is the highest peak of the mountain range that runs through the Neutral and Dark terrains. The Summet is flourshing with life and the weather here is usaually quite chilly and subtle snow falls silently over the towering pine trees.

Skeleton Beach This beach is where most battles take place. The beach streches for miles upon miles, and the ocean is endless; this would be such a beautiful place if there weren't blood staining the sands, or the putrid odor wafting through the terrain.

The Grande Room Though broken, and most of the remains of the room are shattered it is still a nice place to be. The room is huge, and the arch ways that support the entrances strech above an equines head. The interior of this room was breath-taking, it still is, but now moss covers the majority of the ground, vines hang over the arch ways like a curtain... some even swear they can hear the sound of faint music when the empire held meetings here, thousands of equines gathering in front of the emporer and emperess.

Memoir Meadow This is a very peaceful place, here the elderly equines come to their resting places. This is where most horses come to either die, or grieve over the loss of another. Though peaceful, many skeletons litter the ground, and have lush flowers weaving themselves through the rib cages and other bones. Most equines choose not to enter here for the fun of it, for the silence is deadly, and a low over cast sky hangs overhead while perpetual mists float over the bodies.

Light Domains
North Side of Heaven This terrain is the most beautiful of all of Deraji. Here, the lights reside. Everything is pleanitful in this land, and usaually no harsh storms ever hit. Darks may not cross the golden gates, yet some loners are found sneaking by.

Neutral Domains
The East Side of Earth This area is stuck in between the darks and the lights, heaven and hell. It's a good place for the undesicded to reside, for there is no pressure to be holy, yet not as many chances to be wicked. Lights and Darks may travel through the areas as they please, and quite often do, for it's rich soil is almost as lucious as the light terra, yet overcast skies and the threat of a storm is always in the distance.
South Side of Hell This is where the darks reside. the land is filled with rotting trees, gloomy overcasts, and harsh, horrible weather. The sun rises for six hours each day, and in the summer, it's brutal. Most grasses are dead, and only the kings' land has rich soil, rich enough for green grass to grow. Lights may not step foot in here, yet loners are free to do as they please.
